No I don’t, but I did widen it about 1/2 of what the max would be on each side

This is a milling/stumping/long bar (50” & over) saw. I try to consider all variables that would influence how I should address time/area details of all openings, and intended use is a very large determining factor.

I ran it briefly this afternoon, just enough to get a base tune and a feeling for how it's going to behave. I believe that it will prove to be a very strong saw, the initial run left me smiling

Well? Was it worth it? I was wondering if the JB weld would cause any problems. I think it could would loose somewhat under daily working conditions.

My first "ported" cylinder, from 359
Its fairly well worn cylinder so its not that much of a damage if i messed it up.
I messed a bit intake too low and exhaust bit too high, fortunately i dont need torque monster for bucking.

tiny bit more than 1mm or (1/25"), more than i wanted. Mostly as 2$ burr jumped a few times... and then i had to make it even or it would stab my eyes.
Was impatient, had no degree wheel so i eyeballed.
