That is actually a Canadian saw Gary, and based on the brake flag PN Mike and I both think it was a factory full wrap. And I just so happen to have a brand new full wrap to go on it. :D
Get ya a large clutch cover to go with it. This one is kinda wore around the bar nuts. Still works just fine.... but hey, need an excuse to get the big one

No the 806 has the 407 industrial in it.

The 966 has a bored and stroked now 577 I think
It's probably 570, 466 crank with 4-3/4" bore was pretty common pulling configuration back in the day. That 8 is only good for about 230hp unless it's got a bigger pump head,injectors and turbo on it. We have 3 1206's and an 806 that we put the 12 stuff on plus some other stuff

Yup 570, that's right.

The 806 we sent the Roosamaster pump out to a guy that's pretty sharp with them. We put a turbo off a 1566 on it. I had to weld up a custom manifold
