mine is a little more compact

Looks sharp!
I do a lot of tool and injection mold repair, hence needing a bench to set molds on while I tig weld. Someday ill probably get a pickup setup for the jobs that I don't need the mobile shop. I definitely like it when I gotta Fab up stuff in the field, keeps the weather off me.

One of the best things I did for getting stuff out of the way, was to put a 16" shelf the full length of both side walls, 2 feet below the ceiling. I also have a 10' long, 4' high wood chest of drawers that hide many tools and parts, I have shelving on top of that, right to the ceiling.
Heavy stationary tools are on wheels, so they can be rolled out of the way.
This is in a 24 x 30 garage, with stuff collected for 35 years. You collect alot of sh*t in 35 years.

As far as vacs, all the vacs sold by big box and hardware stores, used to be made by shopvac. I don't know if they still are. I have one labeled qvc. The motor burned out many years ago and shopvac sent a new head for it free of charge.

I framed my walls and added some high shelves. I have high ceilings so that helped me get a lot of stuff off the floors.
