Meant to post this the other day...son’s been looking for an suv the last few weeks and either he and I or his mother and him have looked at a small handful of decent ones. He found this garage kept, one-owner ‘04 Explorer XLT 4x4, 4.0 V6 with 104K miles last week and scooped it up. Loaded...leather interior, sunroof, three-row seating, running boards...it’s in cherry, immaculate condition inside and out. New OEM factory headlight assy’s, all maintenance records, oil changes, etc from the initial purchase. Ol’ fella wanted $3500 for it, he and Jared got to bullshittin’, he was in the Navy as well and served on a couple of aircraft carriers decades ago...Jared walked with it for $2500 cash.
