First holiday season in 15 years i get to spend with family. I can honestly say i am NOT prepared to deal with my 3 yo nephew for extended periods of time. For me; kids in small doses please. WAY too much energy! Everything he does is loud, spastic and LOUD! OMG!! Big kudos to parents; you are better men than i am.

Theoretically it should work, but I would not count on those tiny oil pump & generator screws will hold (the times we work with a saw where the bearings are toasted). My experience is that we have to use alot torque to split em.

Once tightened up a rap at the end of the T screw with a hammer will vibrate it enough to loosen, re-tighten and repeat as necessary.
