Old "Tortellini" came to visit. We've got like five of these roaming around our yard and in the back field.

I save them from the roads and bring 'em home. It's a Greek Mountain Tortoise. They grow over a foot long.

Mornin' Saturday Sweaties! It was 95f at 10 this morning. Sitting at nearly 104f right now at 2PM.

The figs are getting ripe. I keep trying to dry some to keep for winter. I haven't gotten them just right yet.

Snappers is good if they're cooked right. Haven't had it in years though, an old guy on the hill where I grew up would have a party in the fall and cook them. Gotta keep them in clean water and feed them right for a few months he always said.
