Light steady rain but the house shuddered at some of the thunder today. Somehow maintained power, radio station still playing static. Much, much cooler.

Afternoon fellas. The rain kept the temps in check for most of the day, pretty sure they're turning the heat up on us now.

Just woke up from a nap. I'm going to pull a 12hr shift tonight so my buddy can have off. He's somewhere flinging arrows at targets.

Afternoon all. The storm knocked the edge off just enough that we were able to be productive this morning. The second shift guy should be able to button the furnace back up tonight so Sunday is gonna be an off day. Just in time for more pleasant weather. Guess I'll have an All Day or two tonight. Finished my 12's this morning. Took a couple hour nap and then worked on the last couple deck boards. Hot as heck but there it's a nice breeze. Wife just asked if I wanted to go look for deck furniture tonight!

I had to finish this side. Had a lot of thinking to do on how I was going to finish it. Got the angles all cut and boards dropped into place. Now I still have to mount the last post for the railing on that side in the middle. Next I'll get the boards that meet the pool all cut and get the pool back together.
