We have something similar here. I get them even if I'm not due. I got some nice hunting boots a couple years ago.

The vouchers only are good for a certain period
At certain store's.
The city has contracts with.
He spent all the vouchers
Over the year's been there 10+ year's
but wouldn't wear the new
