Question for the 2-stroke oil gurus...without having to entertain this in the ‘oil thread’...last thing I wanna do is get that bunch riled up, over a cost thing.

...Echo Red Armour 12-pk of 6.4 fl oz bottles (2 1/2 gals of 50:1 mix per each bottle)...for $54. Sound half-ass pricewise or too much?

Like Wayne said, it's expensive oil. But that's about right for red armor. I don't know that it's any better oil now than anything else like it was at one time

I used to get the 6.4oz six pack for $15. Then I found these saw sites and the price jumped to 24.99 a six pack here. Its line there spying on my.

So no better than the Husky HP or XP+ Two-stroke mix I’m using now?

I like me some Husky HP.

From what I gathered in that oil thread the formula for RA has changed is closer to what power blend is now. I guess the took out all the cancer causing goodness.

So what’s better...Husky HP or the XP+ Oil? I’ve ran them both, as well as LS, and haven’t really noticed any difference.
