Might want to see if your nephew can put in a regulator. Over 80 PSI static on domestic inside the building is against IPC and will void the warranty on most anything including your commercial toilets which won't flush over ~90. Where would you get 200 PSI? It ain't coming off the street and I don't know that you can turn a booster up that high.

Going to see if insurance will help.
Was going to go metal anyway.
I unloaded that wood stove by myself about
300 lbs unwieldy
Junked my back
I used to be tough.
