Good Morning. 21°F/ -6°C going up to 41°F/ 5°C
I put a set of Moog ball joints in my buddies tundra. One of them snapped about month later, bad casting I'd guess.
Pretty sure looking in a mirror would give you the image Dave had in mind...
Yikes! Ain't they supposed to be the best?
So they say.
You mean that one specifically?I wonder if the Tundra has some funky geometry up front putting some extra stress on stuff?
saturday for meMornin![]()

I have heard of plenty of these body styles well past 400k miles of service.

Haha, yea, probably not. But in people mentioning how good their vehicle has held up , I have not heard them say that they have had to put 9 sets of ball joints in it or anything like that.400000 on ball joints?
I have no doubt about the vehicle going that long.
If you ever read the back story on Toyota's F1 project that lead to the Lexus LS 400 and in turn provided v8s to the trucks you can see why they last so long, like this million mile LS here.Haha, yea, probably not.
