I was hung over in Philly a few years ago. Head hurtz just thinking about that excursion.

From what I remember I had a fun 5 days. It only got scary when my friends left in a hookah lounge with some dudes we didn’t know that were in town for the same show as us and had larger expense accounts than any of us. If the condo we rented hadn’t have been next door I am not sure I would have made it home.

This was a fun night too...

+1 on the heat. This whole week is gonna be ignorant here. I drank 10 waters yesterday afternoon up in the lift and another 2 liters back at the room.

Had not been in a good shape for awhile, went for cycling, easy program, had to step of a few times, 30 minute, result 180 calories.
My old record on 60 minute is 1300 calories, so yeah, it is what it was.
Anyway, I’m still around, some sort of it.
