I know how much bailer twine you can wind up in a bush hog.
Neighbor used twine to string up around 20 acre field of peas, zippers and white acre, then left the twine.

Good. Went to see the folks this afternoon and helped out a bit. Getting ready to go lights out.
Splitter build sounds interesting. Started on one years ago. Got the motor, pump, valve, frame, axle all set up, then ran out of time and money. Next one Will be an upright. No lifting, though I did have a loader lift arm and unloader rack planned for the one I was building.
Currently using the maul and a saw for the stubborn stuff.

Ive just found its the less stressful way to "fix" things sometimes.
If its not an old Briggs with a "vacujet or pulsajet" carb, its cheaper to replace than fix. Those old Briggs would run forever. Ive broken a rod tilling the middles in the corn patch, dumped the oil in a bucket, pulled it apart, grabbed a spare rod, put it back together, dumped the oil back in(after straining the chunks out), and finished tilling.

the one i have now i built 5 years or so ago has a log lift and big 4 way wedge and sorting table
next one will be a box wedge style with a pull back arm so less manual labor involved

Sounds way more fun than the 3 days of Monthly inspections I have to get going on in the morning.
I do get to install a refurbed crane Thursday thru Saturday though. Much more gooder.
