We get ‘em by the hundreds here...the bream.

My wifes favorite.
She likes em whole. Scaled, gutted, heads off. Roll in the cornmeal and fry.
I like the skin off myself.
I also love a small catfish, about 10" long, skinned, gutted, head off, rolled in the mix, and fried. Anything larger needs to be steaked or filleted. Get rid of the fat(red stuff under the skin), bones, and the lateral line, and the largest catfish is delicious. Little extra work on those big boys, but worth it.

Nothin much, we found an oil that gives 40% gains and solved a few of the worlds problems.
Also fed a few of the worlds hungry with some good eats.

Went up to see mom and dad this afternoon.
Went over and played with the new barn cats. Last one was chasing cars and caught one. Damn shame. He was a cool cat(and I hate cats). Dad named him Pythagorus(he names everything)
These two are named Frick and Frack.



Then we had to load one of the cows from this pasture and move her to their other pasture at their house. Was at my grandparents old place.
So now "Friskey"(I told y'all he names everything) is over there getting to know her new friends. Shes due to calve soon.
Hes still got to load "Muffin" up and move her over so she can meet up with her "boyfriend" at some point. She just got old enough to "date".
Was a good day.

Disc mower, flail mower(Bush hog), or lawn mower, dats a bad time right dere.
Not as bad as a horseshoe stake though. Flail mower will just put gaps in the blades and chuck it somewhere, but disc mower and lawnmower always require new parts. Sometimes LOTS of new parts.

I know how much bailer twine you can wind up in a bush hog.
Neighbor used twine to string up around 20 acre field of peas, zippers and white acre, then left the twine.
