Climbers can pretty much do it all. You guys should start tearing them down yourself like I do. Takes longer but you will have zero bs and no waiting for anyone. Multiple bull lines and up you go. First limb off gives me a spot to work a wrap around. Different from that reach around your not getting. False crotch rig and your off to the races.
We'd make made loot with two climbers. One stays on the ground and just switch as needed. Been there and did that. Like to do it again. Done ever hiring these snowflakes as you call them. Their just lazy is all that's wrong.

My area makes evaporator cores. We do a little assembly, then through the braze furnace, then a leak test. Pretty much any car maker with a plant in North America, we make parts for. The plant does the whole engine mgmt and HVAC system(condenser, evap, heater core, HVAC).
