Hi Randy
@Mastermind
There are many options to distribute the internet connection you are getting (from local phone company) throughout your property keeping wifi coverage and a network for IP based surveillance cameras so you can monitor what is going on. Since I'm not local to you I do belong to professional user groups where I could help you locate someone local to you who could get you setup w/ cameras and proper backhaul wireless that works in addition to what the internet provider brings you. I would be glad to help in whatever way I can.
I had recommended a site wide WiFi solution for
@Definitive Dave from Amplifi a while back which he could install on his own.
I've also done several outdoor wireless setups for both internet and cameras for Campgrounds, hotels, and just surveillance systems indoors and out.
At Dan's place we have four wireless APs -- 2 in the house, one inside the shop, and 4th one outside the shop plus 4 cameras 2 on the house and 2 on the shop. This allows wifi between house and shop being able to roam around the property. I plan to livestream at least one of the shop cams for Dan's GTG coming up next month.
@paragonbuilder He can view the cameras any time anywhere (he did so from Italy when they went there last year!) and there is no recurring cost for the remote access. We also setup a full time display where he can show the cams live in his kitchen on the large TV. Here's a view of 4 cams:
The one labelled "Shop" below we can turn that one to the left to broadcast the GTG w/ that cam -- cant racing and such.

Here's a full screen hi-def view of the shop cam we plan to use -- click on the image to get the full resolution of this:

Here's a live stream from a campground in Maine of the Ocean -- look at it any time. The camera is on a tree w/ several point to point wireless links that work their way back up to the office. Supplies internet and cameras for guests and staff 24 x 7. Beautiful ocean view here:
If you click on the above for full screen when viewing you can see the hi res that it produces.
Here's the network map for the campground and the sites served -- ocean cam at bottom right area and internet connection top left at the barn:
