Good morning boys & girls,
Rehab cycling today, result of the day 888 calories.
Went to the bank to put in money, forgot my card in the parking payment box, went to buy groceries, couldnt find my card, luckily I had the farm account card with me, the bank called me at the same time.
Drove to pick up my card, couldnt find a proper place to park my car outside the bank, so I parked so-so. Ran into the bank to pick up my card, back to the car and I’d had got a parking fine!

Its Friday, gone work on the 550, may get a tad dremmeling done today, that is if I’m lucky
