Was able to make a 10 foot ceiling with two rows of block and a double plate top and bottom.

6 courses with 8ft walls on top works out to about 11' 6" in the garage. It does have a footer, mainly because it's attached to the house.

Good evening guys what did I miss?
Got power back on this evening.
Blew a capacitor on the generator while it was running last evening. Took it apart found the capacitor bulged out. There wasn't any power coming out of it. Glad it's a cheap fix.
