No I found an older couple that does it. They did a nice job but they don't have a blast freezer so I'm still trying to get them all frozen. Should be good by this evening.

GF insists that we do it "sustainability blah blah". I'd be more than happy to do it once, know I can, then pony up the $$

Sorry to hear that. It's drying out here but quite a bit of the farmland is unplanted , farmers will be hurting.

I processed enough of them as a kid to know that the 2.50 a bird these folks charge ain't enough. What they can do with the proper set up in 4 hours would take me all weekend.

Ended up with 48 Dan. We lost a couple to pneumonia. Been so wet and we had some cold nights, I'm surprised we didn't lose more.
