Plus one on the shop time. Mine ended in a de-rail last night and I still enjoyed it more than couch time staring at the TV.

Good morning dog sled mushers, its rainy with thunderstorms today with additional rain forecast for the next 8 days, crops are gonna be brutalized this year, farm report still says less than 60% planted, im no farmer but i do love food. Speaking of which my son took us out to dinner at Texas De Brazil last night for Father’s Day, I ate like a savage released from a cage. For those unfamiliar they have a crazy extensive food bar with everything from salads to sushi and salmon and lobster bisque and then for the main course they bring out mashed potatoes and plantains to use as palate cleansers and then there are servers who walk around the restaurant with skewers full of fresh grilled meat and big knives who slice the portions right onto your plate of anything you can imagine. I had bacon wrapped chicken, garlic roasted medium rare sirloin, lamb sirloin, roast beef, small spicy sausage, small piece of pork roast, lamb chop, and killed my girlish figure with another portion of garlic sirloin . Key lime pie for dessert. A really great meal. I may go see the new Men in Black movie today or just hang out and do nothing all day which is my specialty.

Update...sister went through a couple of rounds of chemo, she’s doing as expected, doing good. They’ve taken her out of ICU now, put her in her own room. She’ll kick this rounds ass, no doubt on my mind.
