I went to a neuro-specialist yesterday to assess the pinched nerves and nerve damage running through my lumbar spine, hips and legs. Ended up getting 3 injections of some cocktail of NSAID and lidocaine in each hip, about 25cc of fluid in each hip altogether. Once the lidocaine wore off, that big blob of fluid was quite uncomfortable, it pushed on the sciatic nerve and left me with very limited use of my legs. I actually got stranded on the *s-wordter past night, i couldn’t get up, i couldn’t get down onto the floor either, my legs weren’t cooperating. @mettee was making fun of me. I had to call the wife to come help me up, but she didn’t answer her phone for almost a half hour. I was stranded on the terlet for more than 45 minutes. Hahaha Its quite a bit better today but nowhere near better yet. Doc said 2-4 days to get back to normal.

One of them inversion tables works wonders for straightening yourself back out.

Can’t utilize them, can no longer use a chiropractor either. I have bi-lateral pars defects on L4 and L5. That basically means that wing that makes up the back half of the vertebra, yeah i broke that little *f-worder clear off on both vertebra and they won’t heal. Surgery is an option, but with little to no guarantee to actually do anything. They can attempt to fuse the pars back onto the vertebra (very low expectation of success) or remove the pars entirely (leaving no support of the pars above and below resulting in high likelihood of spinal injury from minor trauma). Its a damned if you do, damned if you don’t situation.

Not my house, so i cant justify the custom installs. Worst part was the fluid was putting pressure on my sciatic, so it was like having my legs stuck in to live electrical wires the whole time from sitting up right and not being able to get up.

The problem with shipping a sandpaper dent puller to Drew is that he would actually use it. On himself. Repeatedly.
