Naa if I went newer it would be a 3120. The 125 will be all new and ran rich. The old Reed valve torque will be hard to beat.

Well, I've never pickled wild leeks, but yah. Seasoning chili or soups, chop it up with some kraut on pork or a dog. Charcuterie boards. Wrap it in dried beef and cream cheese and pop em.
