Pretty good itinerary of jets today showing their capabilities...F-22, F-35, AV-8B Harrier II’s, etc...several vintage WWII aircraft...Blue Angels will fly at 1600. Same Air Show will be here at Robins AFB in Sept.

Spent two years going every weekend. Good times.

Pfft lame.

Lots of aircraft folks want to see that have no part in flight capability/demos at Air Shows. You can only squeeze so much into an 8-9 hr day. Everybody these days wants to see the thrust-vectoring F-22 and F-35’s. I remember back in the 70’s at Air Shows, the A-4 Skyhawks, F-4 Phantoms, Cobras used to steal the show.

I remember when the Blue Angel crashed at the MCAS Beaufort air show. Was right outside of base housing where I lived. Didn’t know they were having air shows in Beaufort anymore

Yep...that crash was back in ‘07 if I remember correctly. F-35B with VMFAT-501 crashed just outside of Beaufort last year, Sept timeframe.
