Good morning Ray hope all is well with you today my friend
Good Evening Todd. Back from the church. A little mowing around a temporary labyrinth and some gutter work. Wife passed out food boxes to needy seniors. Perth temps a little chilly. At least the snakes and spiders shouldn't be bothersome.

Just put extra grease in the sprocket nose Ken. ALL the grease. I gots a burnt out Carlton sprocket nose bar I use for stumps. It makes HEAVY smoke ALL the way around the bar, but it keeps going. That extra bar oil from the manual pump on the Macs is just more "inspiration" for it to keep living for one more stump.
I never grease them or run *s-word bars.
I don't know what happened. Fueled it up and started it. Did not fill the oil but it had some left, just a touch. It locked up quick... barely spun the chain. Took off the bar and it revved right up. Clutch is locked up to the drum. I've ran it for hours before in the water with no oil. Was just fine. Had a different bar on it to. I take out the oil pump gear for doing that. The bar was still tight and nice. It might have started in the clutch or the sprocket idk... when I get to it. Today was mostly bow saw. It did hit another rusty cable with one of 362's, mfer.
