My buddy George who got his azz kicked by that tree 2 weeks ago was just moved out of ICU and into a critical care room. 5 surgeries over the last few days and he is stable enough to be out of ICU.

I am not a religious man, but I understand and embrace the power of prayer. I thank each and every one of you who has taken the time and the effort to keep George and his family in your prayers.

i want to give special thanks to @Mattyo . You welcomed me to your home, gave me advice, helped me through the hard times while I was doing everything I was physically capable of to support George’s family. You have gone above and beyond for me (someone you barely know) in my support of my friend (whom you do not know). Truth be told; a couple of beers and some comradary goes above and beyond for those in a stressful time. I will never be able to repay you for everything you have done for ME and for George and his family; I am humbly in your debt.
Good to hear this!

If only you could read, you'd be set..
If all else fails I just color in it

Interesting enough if you take I29 and cross the border it becomes HWY 75...
I noticed that too.

Been looking for a cordless makita circ saw
They pricey
But home depot has these on sale
https://www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGID-...VTwejv3-O_j_PfX524q5zctTpwdFNoGAaApHgEALw_wcB
Probably just get it.
They have some good dewalt and Milwaukee deals for father's day
Ridgid is made by TTI who make Milwaukee and Cryobi.

What size Makita are you looking for?

rigid is good tools and have good warranties

They be like last years Milwaukee line.

Meant to sling this up late yesterday afternoon but a gal shined up and me gots a little sidetracked.

Needed another pruning pole saw so I went with a Kobalt 40V Max Li-Ion, 8” B&C...8 foot overall length with the mid-section attached. Ono of my BIL and sisters has one and it’s worked like a champ for quite a while now. Says it’ll make 140-150 2x4 cuts all the way through on a full charge...and I don’t doubt that one bit. Prob made 50-60 cuts yesterday, biggest diameter was about 5 1/2”-6”, and it blew right through every cut like it wasn’t there. Runs a 33 drive link, 3/8 LP safety chain on it. After the 50-60 cuts on a fully charged battery, charge indicator on the batt was still four out of four green lights. Weighs a little over 9 lbs so fairly light overall. Little oil reservoir at the powerhead holds I guess about 4-5 Dixie cups worth of B&C oil. About a quarter of the tank left after that many cuts. Worked perfect standing on 6 and 8 foot ladders pruning a couple of oaks. Pole saw has a 5 yr warranty, 40V Max battery and rapid charger a 3 yr warranty. I think for anything residential, it’ll certainly handle it. Fairly solid pole saw when put together.

Nuthin beats the smell of 2 stroke, 4 stroke, diesel, E85 or 93 Octane
