Actually I did a build thread on the one I pulled the engine from. My other belongs to my wife's uncle. I'm going to put the fresh rebuild in his chassis and give it back.
The old style without the removable recoil like mine suck to work on. Thats why it just sat after the pull rope broke.

Crankcase is on my bench at work.
The rest is all cleaned up in a box at home.
Need to get seals/gaskets but the dealer in town is closed and haven't ventured to the one outside of town to get it ordered yet.

The whole thing cleaned up quite well.
Get that 49sp fired yet?

Waiting on a seal for the orange one so I thought I'd throw another 60cc on the bench. I figured the carb screen completely full of sawdust killed it but upon tearing it down I found the impulse line laying down off of the tank nipple. The previous owner liked a lot of oil in both tanks and dull chains, it should clean up very respectably.

Good evening essential slackers. Just got in, 10 hour day working with my friend. Put in a new coil on the Geo and straightened out the ECM more then tackled a window regulator, fuses and codes on a VW Passat.

I got a recoil spring and piston in my cart but haven't pulled the trigger yet. I have a few more in front of it.
