Found old hop and skip starting to stick out of the snow, so I helped him along a little bit.

Wood pile is coming to an end...


So I got out a saw and cut up a few big rounds close to old blue enough so I could lift them.


Got all my ducks in a row...

Big wheelbarrow of white pine, little one of Tamarack and a sled full of hard maple and oak.

Great job Steve, bet Gunther did most of the hard job though.
I have not even started with my firewood work. Kinda lazy, should get the winch on the tractor, some day.... got birches who is close to fall down themself at the forrest!
My logger buddy is ready but I got saws to test run before I put them out for sale, he is of the stubborn type and want to run his own saws........may fell them myself lol

Hew listen here mister... I was busy and filthy, covered head to toe in coolant, oil and various other car fluids, so dirty I had ta put towels over my seats to get home! Plus I had a lot going on on my end or I woulda been right over there! Sorry I couldn't make it. Next time definitely, dall is still buying the rounds
