Good morning guys,
Took me some courage to do it, but I went down for 1 hour at the spinning cycle, not spinning my normal rpm, did it carefully - result for day - 950 calories. 500 calories more then my plan.
I was down on Tuesday, ain't giving up guys!

My dr. sent me the colestrole values today, total colestrole is 2,8 and LDL is 1,2, he said I should continue with meds as I do. I use two different statins meds to keep colestrole down, but those lewels are to low far as I know.

About a dozen asplundh truck's last week
Got robbed.
They've been parking them unattended
On a wal mart parking lot
Since last spring no problem.
Saws were lined up in the lockboxes
Thieves cut the boxes open and the security bar's that
Went through all the saws on each truck.
They also cut the catalytic converters off all the trucks
And knocked holes in the fuel tanks and drained
Them.
It's happened before with Uhaul truck's.
Not that crime is bad here just like anywhere else
They had the opportunity to get a lot of *s-word
At once
No camera's caught anything they are saying.
Some crew's run husky some stihl
Don't know what was stolen.

My friends went on a pheasant hunt in ohio
At a hunting lodge.
They walked miles back and forth through the woods.
It about done them in

I hope you have cell service to call life flight for me if we have to walk much farther.
