What a happy camper.

6203 17 x 40 x 12mm
roller replacement is my goal.
I need a 203 T type bearing with c3 or c4 and integral seal under 17 mm wide preferred in some applications I have in mind.

They don't make one. Getting close is 22 x 40 x 12 mm no center race caged roller bearing. Problem is all I find have no seal, hard race or sleeve in the center. Accurate sleeves can be cut but it's difficult from existing materials.
If you get a 17 x 40 x 16mm it works for some things but not others, too wide. Still no integral seal I can find.
Wanted to do this for years on a few pto drives on equipment.

slacker NJ 2203E. Motor bearing with floating center race
SKF RNU203TN9 crane bearing no center race.
Others like these are good quality.
Timken generally have the highest ratings.

I won't use PGN for something like this or a gear box. Use the best bearings you can afford for conversions imo.

Just asking around. Lots of weekend warriors, dabblers, enablers and pro wrenches around here so...
I do know better but wtf are you trying to build Kenneth?
