Yep check where the supply lines attach to the hard line/valve. Mine will get a build up of mineral flakes right there. Then pull the screens and soak in vinegar (which you probably have done already).
I removed the screens and hooked up my little air pump to the line. I was able to get some flow, but you could tell it was building pressure. Water and mineral flakes flew out when I took the air off.
I didn't soak the screens in vinegar, but I did take them all off to see what was happening in the taps.
I recommend a steel work head with teeth on the snake to eat up those hard deposits and a Vitamin C filter cartridge on the main inlet to stop that build-up of minerals.
Don't have those problems here. Some lime and iron is about all we have in the sand here. Not too bad for me being on the end of a town line of 100 residential homes plus businesses. In the pines is about the worse with iron on flat land here and direct wells.
I haven't had pressure problems, but when I changed the heating element in our water heater about 5+ pounds of mineral sludge and flakes came out.
