Yep check where the supply lines attach to the hard line/valve. Mine will get a build up of mineral flakes right there. Then pull the screens and soak in vinegar (which you probably have done already).It was 70 here today....too bad I spent it in a crawl space and then installing a water heater in a tiny closet. Any of you fellas got hard water?
These folks have got a bathroom that is just trickling hot water. It has great psi leaving the water heater. Pipes are in cement walls.
