water tank and 3" water hose
when the power was out.
no idea when it happened
at night generators were running
and i wasn't home until 10:00 last night

I do the same thing switch plates but never drive far. Shouldn't need a plate to hit the two traks there not maintained by the county. But your supposed to have a trail permit and orv sticker if you don't have registered plate here.
