if you're asking me, a walk is the best activity a man can do.
Personally I've never liked sit and pedaling on a spinning cycle, it was always a boring thing to do, if it had been without rpm & wattage I would not continued.
Thinking about those 3 months I've learned something, I'm 54 year old and not a 20 year old boxer lol

I got my grandfather's drill press, mid 40s Delta 14 in bench mount. Question is do eye paint it original or just clean an reassemble? The last pic is of it all cleaned up.
