Nothing wrong with rebuilding the original motor as a family project.
If you do decide to go with a 350, ones from 3/4 ton and bigger trucks have pretty tough blocks.



Big block El Camino would be way more cool.

His is a 1960 it's pretty cool. He had 3 dueces on for quite a while. He got tired of tuning it though. He is 80 years old after all lol.

I love modding cars. I agree it does get way too expensive, that's why I stick to 4cyl models and saws. One day I'll get a full restoration ride.
