We're getting close to 50 gallons so far. 40% goes to the owners and I have to give some to friends that helped a couple of days.

50 gallons seems like a fair amount from a bunch of little olives. Must take a few truck loads to get there. Lol

We're averaging 5:1 olives to oil. We've turned in a ton so far and got close to 200kg of oil.
