Oh, that Taylor brand Marsala wine is the cheapest around and it is the absolute BEST flavored Marsala wine. Marsala is a 50/50 mix of sweet brandy and dry white wine. Plus, the Taylor brand being 18% alcohol its really good to get your ‘Julia Childs’ on (1 for the chicken, 1 for me; a second for the chicken, 2 for me!)
