Hilux’s are miracle trucks. They can do anything.



No one explained to them that they lighting in the showroom was brighter and that was the difference? At least a couple times a year I get called out by a local flooring company to demonstrate to their customers that the flooring is what they picked and their lighting at home sucks.

Just talked to someone today that installed 5000k lights in their house and couldn’t understand why their brown floors looked so grey.

We did hundreds of House's we were installers.
People bought from hardwood carpet and tile
Businesses we had no part in it.

I wish they did. We get some older JDM ones that people bring over but that’s it. Last one I looked at was 17 years old and they wants $13000 for it. No thanks...

Same here. I also think a diesel Land Cruiser would be the *s-word too.

I help one of our Aussie members get a Chevy Silverado 3rd door interior handle since it saved him $178 usd having me get it. Oh and that truck is an oddity there, he paid around 60-70,000 usd for a truck that was around 14,000 here at the time.

I should start exporting trucks down under lol.

time, it would have made some brochure for Toyota.

I had a 2001 land cruiser, to this day I don't no how it lasted so long, the abuse ( and I mean abuse) it got was unbelievable, I once towed out my logging tractor out of the woods once, if I thought of taking pics at the
time, it would have made some brochure for Toyota.

My friend said screw you guy's with your big three 4x4s
My new land rover 80s early 90s
Will stomp anything you got.
Welp it didn't the thing only had 30-40000 miles
And could not keep a trans in it.
Had funny electrical problems
He'd hit the brakes sometimes and the headlights would flash or go off completely.
We put a rebuilt then a new trans in it.
And on a cold rainy day so the salesman wouldn't look it over to good
He traded for a k5 350 blazer.

Morning All. A nice fall 45 headed to 55 later.

Damage survey of the recent storm shows damage to 10% of the tree canopy in the city. Will take a year to clean up the downed trees and branches and probably 5 years to replant the total loss trees.
