Hey Dan, it’s a reflux at the top. I use this setup when I’m running vodka or gin (have a gin basket that attaches to it), it has copper packing in the tower. Whenever I’m running something more flavoured then I use a basic all copper pot still tower.

Nice. I have a little stainless stripping column also. I usually run it when I need to clean up some product quickly.

I don't drink, so I usually just run some for friends. A lady that sells stuff at the open market is getting most of this batch.
