The court system is BS man. That's my official opinion. My mom is still the guardian, but they allowed the other side to vacate the hearing to try and reach an out of court settlement.

Well, that's the thing, the judge let the guy dance us around. Our lawyer was barely given a chance to speak. These are just tricks my ex and her lawyer are playing. The custody court is what matters and we're waiting for that to happen.

We're still on the up and up as far as the kiddo goes. The judge has granted my mom guardianship and held it in court.

The problem with the system is that it allows buttclowns to exploit to the whole fair and equal treatment thing.

I think the tactic is to waste enough of our money that we back down...not gonna happen.

I already told my lawyer this would happen. I quoted GW Bush, "we don't negotiate with terrorists". Lol.

I wouldn't think so Wayne. There's something up their sleeve. I would think she wanted to save her money and use it to fight her felony charges in Montana.

I have no idea why they filed this appeal. He said something about my mom not challenging me for the guardianship, but I had already signed papers giving her my permission.

It's a bit weird due to my geographical location. I couldn't take the kiddo directly without getting the custody documents done first, so we had my mom get the guardianship.

That was the quickest and easiest solution that we could put before the court on an emergency basis. Anyway, we're working on the custody filing now.
