Both Husqvarna and Stihl make special sleeves for installing seals on the PTO side, I have some from each and they do work slick. If you're going to do much work on the type of saw you're dealing with, probably worth the few extra bucks when you place your order.

I found the one I linked prior in a 390, 394, 395 repair manual. So I would hazard to say that "should" be the one. Just about every manual from factory I see lists the tool for the job. So you can look it up easy enough. If you have to encourage your dealer a bit give him the part number and tell him to order it for you. People can be a bit lackadaisical now a days.
