It's 10 x 6 going to put some treated on it first got to do some welding frame got some cracks.
Is its main frame angle? If so, lay treated 2x8's/2x10's lengthwise, butt them as tight as you can, cut a last rip board, and weld a 3" flat bar over the top in the front if you got some front angle to tack to. Or weld angle in the front to slide the 2 x's or 5/4 boards under the lip to keep them from ever coming up. Use angle in the rear the same way to keep the end of the boards pinned down under the angle lip. Could use treated 5/4 (true 1" boards) deck boards as well to curb some weight and still be just as strong. I did one of my 5x10 trailers that had an expanded metal floor the same way and has lasted for at least 10 years now.

I took one of the pillow cases this morning for bag. I wanted to just stop on the side of the road and pick some.
Peach crop's have long been picked around here. Not a whole lotta peach orchards in mid-Ga are right off the interstates. I bet you seen your share of pecan groves, cotton, and peanuts.

Going good at times and pure *s-wordty at other times...but par for the course in this business. Got an Air Show coming up wknd after next (Oct 1-2) so be a lot of planes getting towed/tugged, moved around for static displays, otherwise here on the flightline. They come by the tens of thousands to this Air Show.
I love air shows

Had a similar experience one fall riding down I-39 On my motorcycle, two Blue Angels were practicing, one pilot must have liked bikes or something as he rolled over upside down along side me, near close enough we could shake hands. I rapped the throttle on the Harley, we gave each other the thumbs up, what he did next was totally spectacular. All sort of tricks and hot dog stunts right in front of me, just kept following me down the highway and do all manor of things that I didn't even think a jet could even do. At one point I thought surely he would be crashed in the road in front of me. Best air show I ever saw.
What a great story I would love to have seen something like that

Doing quite well :) the manager at my work ok me buying one of our old trucks today. It a 05' 3500 4x4 with a 6.0L. The downside is it's not running.... I really think that it's got a bad lifter???

I haven't heard it run since it died on our summer help kids, then they left the key on and killed the battery.
This truck has had lifter noise for years... So time will tell.

More than likely the "lifter noise" is piston slap in the 6.0

Very common issue with them expecially the first 5-6 years. Still run lots of miles, just a bit noisey. Think those had issues with a cam/crank sensor under the intake. Very well could be a lifter issue, but I haven't heard of lifter problems on the 6.0 much as the 5.3.

Looks like a pretty nice truck still.

I'm thinking piston slap too. There was a bulletin I believe where they placed strips of Teflon tape on piston skirts to quiet them down
