It's a bone in rib roast/ribeye. I cooked it to 130° internally which it a little over done for prime rib. Wife and son prefer it not rare, I could care less.
We just did prime rib at a buddy's house last night. He got a 90 pound box of them for $100 (4 in a box)
I may be picking up a box for myself just to cut one or two up into steaks
