I need to run to the Saw shop and pickup some parts I ordered.
Then I'm need to move all of my Parents stuff from the upstairs. They are having it all remodeled.
Hopefully I'm done with that before noon. Because we have another semi load of hay to load.

Annnnnd my work Christmas party is tonight.

I cut and split in the spring and let the sun have at it and burn the previous years wood.

Il ask Andrew when i next speak he may know. Im kinda new to the forum thing ..internet to come to that .
I re thought my harvest and processing method after being given this a while back. Made me think and i adopted a few ways of doing things. I found it a good read for the winter eves.

I don't go to them much anymore. The last one I was at, was 15 years ago. That one had a full on bar room brawl at the end of the night.
Guys, girls, bartenders......it didn't matter. Everyone was swinging.

That was the last time for open bar. LOL

deer and beef is my main diet along with lots of garden veggies
i don't eat pork very often and that is because bacon is expensive.
the other reason is pork chops or tenderloin is more often than not just hard to cook with out it being as tough as shoe leather.
