The previous owner had horses and they chewed the bark off all the decent saw logs that came with the property killed them white oaks I've been dropping them for firewood hope you can see.1483794661510-573323424.jpg

40-100$ 900~sqft all electric appliances. Just depends on how often I'm in the garage.

You have an old meter, she have a new one? The rates the same? That is a lOT of juice to use.

Shes a princess and all and it has to be warm all the time but we both have the new remote meters for about three years her husband is going to ask for a new meter.

My nephews went from 21.00 to 300.00 in an unheated garage that he has had for 8 years they adjusted his but not hers so we've been helping her burn wood.
