I'd go with fresh o-rings in the pump and see if it helps. If that seal is truly being pushed out it's getting pressure from somewhere.

Thanks man. I took the bottom off the pump. The shaft rides in a brass bushing along with the idler gear. No slop in either.

Im still here. The only thing I can figure when the link says you need a new pump is the clearance between the shaft and the bushing is to far gone.

I believe your right Chris. The idler gear has a passage from the bottom of the gear housing up to right below the seal. Thats probably where its pushing the fluid from.

Just need to find the bushings.
