Put the 246 into wome wood today. Variety of Oak, Sweet Gum and Maple. Ran a 20” .325 0.050 on it it powered through everything including double cuts on 28” Oak. Fun little bugger. A buddy of the shop owner ran it and couldn’t believe it was a 45cc saw, he is now a prospective buyer. I should have taken vids of Randy and the other guy running it. As long as you kept the RPMs up it had NO problem with big wood. I think 18” .325 0.050 would be best but I only had a 20” on hand. Very impressed with this little guy. I did some port work, opened up the stock muffler and swapped in a Husqy 51 carb.

Good luck. Fooling with that thing this time of year is unauthorized.
Replaced daughter's garage door open sensors. Pain in the butt remounting with cheap brackets. At least the door works. The garage is attached to the house and everyone uses the garage door to get in or out of the house.
