Alright upholstery/vehicle interior guru's, here's what I've got...

...the colored liner material on my headboard, same colored material that wraps the visors, is coming loose in two spots, just left and right of center/rear view mirror area, where my headboard meets the top of the windshield. The areas are a couple of inches wide in both places, doesn't hang down to make anything look unsightly, etc and I can usually just reach up and press it back in place, and it'll stay for a day or two...then it wants to kinda creep down again. What sorta adhesive, even if in spray (I can spray it in a cup until it liquefies, then dab a little on with q-tips), to get this headboard liner material re-stuck to the headboard in these areas? I want something obviously that'll dry clear and not be unsightly.

And go...

You could pop a couple of them blueys and see how good your aim is, or go to the auto parts store pick up some 3M spray adhesive that @Time's Standing Stihl whipped up.

Both. I'm seeing some minor stuff that I know I can sand off, but I'd like to stop it from coming back, if possible.

ATF and acetone mixed half and half is hell on rust, any oil or grease after will keep corrosion away. Fogging oil for engines works extremely well and is easy to apply.

Just rip it down, you should be more worried about the trans taking a dump on ya.

A mild acid like white vinegar might do it, but not real sure. I think the Marine forums is a good idea. Curious to hear what you come up with.
Me too.

That's what I was afraid of. I was kind of hoping you were gonna say something different. Lol.

There is some stuff I read about in aviation forums but I'm sure I can't get a hold of it here.

May check with some boat dealers and see what they suggest.
I think glock told me if you blast it and powder them, it will stop it.

Super 77 is good stuff. I like my saggy headliner, use it for a permanent visor

Store them in a place with good air flow
Low moisture.
None of my saws have any corrosion
And they are stored in a unheated insulated shop .
The most corrosion i see is from storage where there is no air moving basements
Concrete floors etc.
Climates different here though.
Any word on the new echo 70cc

All my saws are good. This is one that I recently acquired and want to bring back to life. No history on the saw.

I want to make sure the corrosion stuff is good before I go putting time and money into it.
