Good Sunday mornings.
Clint...pulled a family pack of wings out last night to thaw. Think I’m gonna smoke ‘em on the Traeger low and slow for a little while, then put a hot sauce and sliced jalapeño mix on, finish off in the oven. That smoking to begin with makes for a damn tasty hot wing after they come out of the oven!Whatcha grilling/smoking today?

Done 'em that way a many a time...and I changed the LouAna peanut oil in the big kitchen deep fryer this morning, so may go that route. They're damn good either way...deep fryer or oven after the smoker.Pull them out of the smoker then fry them. I'm 100% sure it's at the bottom of the list for healthy food but dam if it ain't delicious.

It’s only one family pack of wings. If there were more, I’d break out one or two of the fish cookers in the shop, no doubt!Nice. I like setting up the fryer outside durning this hot ass months. Keeps the house cooler.
