Is this poison ivy?

I think that's Virginia Creeper with the ragged edges. Poison ivy is usually smooth edges. I think. And it doesn't grow on the ground much. Is the vine hairy?

I tripped and fell in it while getting wood. I didn't move the leaves around to look at the stem.

I do know that around here it grows on the ground and as a vine up trees and buildings

I didn't know it could grow on the ground. I've only seen it on trees and stonewalls around here. Maybe that's why I get it so often [emoji849]

The Oil pressure gauge goes to 80 even at a idle.

Check the oil regularly,stick a little piece of black electrical over the check engine light and drive it. When it blows(if it blows) there are lots of them out there. Lots. I predict you'll need a frame before you need an engine.

Take a large(really big) screw driver put it to the engine running in different places, put your ear to the handle when you get close you'll know. If you feel thrifty a "stethoscope" can usually be bought at the parts store as well.

I'm no mechanic, but couldn't broken rings cause positive crankcase pressure resulting in a high oil pressure reading.

Does he have positive crankcase pressure? Try popping the oil fill off while it's warmed up and running. I'd change the oil pressure sending unit.
