How to deal with a mob 101

Yep. 101 around here involves too much talking, reasoning, and allowing. The attitude of that driver would change the whole thought of mob mentality. I'm thinking armored SWAT truck at 40mph with a dozer blade on front running around looking for anyone with a baseball bat or gun "peacefully" protesting in the streets.
